Installation of 98 electrical conduit pathways beneath Harvard Bridge.

This contract involved installing 98 conduit crossings for an intercity fiber optic network mainline.The conduits were installed from barge mounted equipment built in compliance with local environment and marine requirements The materials were shrouded with bullet proof covering for protection.

Other aspects of this project included structural demolition at existing abutments and expansion joints of the bridge, 1000 lf of surface trenching along a major inner city artery (Memorial Drive). Installation of manholes and sidewalk construction while maintaining a steady flow of traffic.

The 60 day fast paced schedule was completed to meet overall system demands.
