J.F. White Contracting Company was contracted by the MWRA to remove the existing Dump Condenser and provide and install a new unit in the existing On Site Thermal Power Plant (OSTPP) at Deer Island. The project included three separate phases/outages to allow a coordinated shut down of steam processing equipment that met the operational requirements of Deer Island. All three phases were completed in accordance with the time constraints of the contract and the new equipment met all performances required.
