
J.F. White Contracting Company was contracted by the City of Cambridge to perform various improvements and upgrades to the infrastructure of Harvard Square.
The work consisted of utility upgrades, curbing, brick pavers and full depth reconstruction of many of the roadways in and around Harvard Square.
J.F. White’s Electrical Division worked with our Civil Division in installing 5,100 lf of lighting duct bank and the installation of 62 street lights.
This project was a constant challenge due to the aging infrastructure, combined with the sensitivities of the long term tenants and shop keepers in the area represents J.F. White's ability to perform work in one of the busiest pedestrian and vehicle routes in the City of Cambridge.
