J. F. White Contracting Company's Mechanical Division was awarded the HVAC General Contract to upgrade the Central Square Library for the City of Cambridge, MA.
The HVAC renovation included the demolition of the existing equipment int he penthouse mechanical room, replacement of the chiller, rooftop air handling unit, pumps, and fan coil units.
In addition, J. F. White and its subcontractors removed and replaced the acoustical ceilings, soffits, light fixtures, cabinetry and ductwork with the library building .
This project was completed on time and within budge.
