Old Colony Replacement Ties
Ahead of Schedule!
 The Old Colony Railroad Tie Replacement Job was written up in the Boston Globe as being one year ahead of schedule. J.F. White utilized three crews throughout the project to increase the amount of ties completed on each shift. As a result, the Globe reported the MBTA, which had originally expected the project to be completed in two years, should expect to see cost savings due to the reduction in project support and decrease in private bus service.
